As part of this conversation, we do not try to force you into boiler plate documents. Our value and pride is in developing and customizing a plan first. Then we create the documents to achieve your legacy goals.

This holistic approach involves taking the time to get to know you and your family and what you value. As part of the plan, we try to pass those values onto the people you care about. Taking care of your lifetime of hard work is serious business for our firm.

An Estate Plan is equivalent to a letter you write to your loved ones regarding what is important to you. Similar to a letter you might write address to your family to be opened upon your death, it will need to be updated on occasion. Addresses may change, the amount of postage to mail your letter will change, there will be births, deaths, and other major life events that occur. Similar to that letter which will need to be updated, our office will endeavor to continually keep you abreast with changes in the law that may affect your plan. This will involve an annual letter and reading to ensure the plan still accomplishes what it was initially intended to achieve. Our office is looking for long term relationships and not a simple sale of some boiler plate documents
